Yael Duffy Managing Trustee

Ms. Duffy has been President of Office Properties Income Trust since 2024 and a Managing Trustee and Chief Executive Officer since 2026. She is also an Executive Vice President of The RMR Group (Nasdaq: RMR) and a member of the RMR Management Committee. She is responsible for directing asset management of office, industrial and retail properties managed by RMR. Ms. Duffy is also a Managing Trustee, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Industrial Logistics Properties Trust (Nasdaq: ILPT) . Prior to joining RMR in 2006, Ms. Duffy worked at Spaulding & Slye.  She is a member of Nareit’s Advisory Board of Governors.  Ms. Duffy earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance with a minor in Economics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and is a member of the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP).
